We decided to rename her and settled on "Bentley", a white star marking that Australian Cattle Dogs have. She is now 20.5lbs!! We love her very much and spoil her completely. She is learning very quickly and can sit, lay down, stay, come, and get down. She is very friendly towards people and other dogs. She gets to play with my parents dog (a mini Australian Shepard) and my in-laws dogs (two Huskies) on a regular basis. Thanks so much to the Margy's for giving her a new home! 12/1/08 - Snickers, a funny little spaniel mix gets a new home. Thanks so much to the Troyan family for giving him a new home!  "Snickers (who the boys have renamed Rocky) is basically a dream dog. I am quite surprised that the transition of bringing him home has been so smooth. He is a loving sweet animal. He seems to be just perfect for our family. I think he is happy too. He is unbelievably obedient! He sleeps in his bed in the boys room and doesn't leave their room until invited to. He kicks back with Eric and me in the evening and falls asleep on the sofa. He plays ball with the boys. He's the dog each of us had hoped to find. Thank you very much!     10/21/08 - "Gummy Bear" the kitten, finds a new home with one of Dr. Wheaton's clients. 10/18/08 - Two of our new dogs from the Orange County Shelter, "Twix" and "Abba Zabba," get adopted at the 3 Dog Bakery event in Newport Beach. 10/11/08 - "Gravy," the other Pit-Bull pup gets adopted!! 10/07/08 - "Stew," one of the Pit-Bull puppies gets adopted!! 9/20/08 - "Oreo" our Black Lab mix puppy gets adopted!!  9/8/08 - "Sugarplum" our Black Lab from Northern California gets adopted!  8/30/08 - "Burger" the Pit-Bull Pup gets adopted!    7/29/08 - "Raisin," a black lab mix gets adopted! A local family here in Mission Viejo saw her at our booth at the Irvine Super Adoption Event and fell in love with her.  7/26/08 - Our second dog gets adopted! "Olive", a staff favorite, finds a new home in Pasadena thanks to our links on Petfinder.      7/2/08 - We had our first pet adoption!! "Sawyer," a cattledog mix now has a new home thanks to the Christy Family. 5/17/08 - We've rescued our 1st pet - We call her Pickle! This happy Labrador mix needs a warm loving family. |
